Kirby School Apartments is happy to provide a convenient online leasing application process.
Generally speaking, we limit occupancy to no more than two people per bedroom. Your income should equal at least three times the rent.
Just give us some basic information on the application form by clicking below. This application allows us to get a credit report and criminal background information. Upon application submission, a personal check, cashier’s check or money order of $35 will be due to Kirby School Apartments.
Of course, you can always come see us, tour the units, and fill out an application in person.
